DIVINE CONVERSATIONS
These short video clips are brief narrations by students or devotees about incidents and interactions between Prof. Anil Kumar and Swami over the years.
"EMERGENCY!"
Prof. Anil Kumar mentioned about a wonderful incident between Swami and His students.. He once told Swami that the letters which students always write to Bhagawan are letters of thanksgiving, of gratitude.
Swami then jokingly replied, `You are all writing letters! Oh, too many, too many! Don’t write letters hereafter, OK? I shall not take letters hereafter. No, no. I don’t take because everyone is writing a letter. And you don’t stop at that stage. You also want Padanamaskar...”
The students then shouted and prayed to Swami in unison saying, `Swami, please!"
Then Anil Kumar said softly, "Bhagavan, at least permit some letters that need Your immediate attention -- Emergency, during a period of emergency."
Swami then said the following, which is a wonderful messages for each and every one of us to remember, ponder and digest for all times:
Bhagawan said, “Emergency? Emergency? There will be no state of emergency for My devotees. There is no state of emergency for My devotees. You don’t have to write to Me. If the situation is so dangerous, that you call it a ‘state of emergency’, I know how to take care of My devotees. I attend to their demands. I look after their necessities and needs. Don’t pick up this word ‘emergency’.”
What a Divine and wonderful assurance from the Divine Lord!
